This enables us to iteratively construct new digital businesses in a cost-effective manner. Our problem-first approach focuses on validating business value propositions and verifying demand, thereby generating confidence in the opportunity. Subsequently, we develop comprehensive business and product roadmaps that precisely define the criteria for success and establish metrics for its evaluation. OUR SERVICES

Venture Design Sprint

Venture Design focuses on validating a new product or venture idea with your target market. In this phase, we seek to define and test your value proposition and tell you exactly what product and service features are key to generate impact and inform the development roadmap. This 6 to 8 week process uses a proven set of methodologies to uncover unmet needs of a target audience, benchmark against competitors to define a differentiated approach, and design a compelling value proposition and a set of high-impact features that will solve your customers’ problems and keep them engaged.

MVP Pilot and PMF Machine

The aim of this phase is to run a more comprehensive 18 to 20 week product pilot to get additional strong indications of early product-users fit and product-market Fit. During the Pilot we iterate your product to the point where there are strong indications of user adoption increasing substantially. In order to clearly define objectives and measure them, we create what we call a “Product-Market Fit Machine” for you. As part of this exercise we define the objectives, KPIs and “gates” for each stage of your go-to-market plan using our “Pilot, Beta, Live framework” and define an initial pilot roadmap that prioritizes what you need to deliver in your Minimum Viable Product.

Demand Validation Sprint

Demand validation focuses on proving real market needs as fast and cost-effectively as possible and increasing confidence that there is a real market opportunity worth investing in. During this 12 week process we appropriately size the market opportunity, define the ideal product, go-to-market channel and business model. Additionally, we build all of the marketing collateral required to run an organic or paid acquisition campaign and use it to acquire a waiting list of real prospective users. Finally, we create a “Now, Next, Future” strategy roadmap so that you can demonstrate that you have a compelling vision for successful execution.

Ongoing Support

Our team can offer ongoing support with product and go to market sprints to help you grow and scale. That includes mentoring you and your team through future iterations and using the roadmaps and tools we develop to keep you on task. Additionally, we can recruit and manage cost-effective key technical resources such as Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, and Software Engineers on a temporary or permanent basis through our extended distributed network of trusted talent.
