We are proud to share with the world the culture we have been building at Rokk3r. What you’ll see here and in our deck is part manifesto, part team handbook. Some of what you’ll see is already happening, and some of it is aspirational. The Rokk3r story is only beginning.
We build companies together with our partners. We favor the partners’ interest above the team’s and the team’s over the individual’s.
High performers don’t need micromanagement. Our leaders provide direction and context and get out of the way.
Solitary heroes might be appealing in Marvel comics, but we prefer to promote and protect a culture that appreciates the “collective genius”.
We strive for 10x, not 10%. It forces us to challenge our assumptions and to see the problem in a different way.
Our incessant drive to improve ourselves and those around us leads to unstoppable momentum towards positive change.
Addressing challenging problems is NOT the same as building complex solutions. We prefer to solve big problems in a simple way.
In criminal law, a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty. In startup law nobody wants our product until the data show us otherwise.
We don’t take anything personally. We provide and like to receive direct and honest feedback to make things better and grow professionally.
Our goal is to create true impact. We drive change using technology and partnering with organizations and causes aligned with our MTP.
